I popped by here for a latte After wanting to visit for sometime now. The latte was quite nice, but what I really loved was the vibe of this cafe. It’s a great place to hang out and they had newspapers and magazines to read, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return when I’m in the area

Delicious and strong cappuccino (from an Aussie), hit the spot! lovely place to sit inside and read a book - share a table with someone else as it gets busy but the co-shared tables are a vibe. Cosy and friendly cafe.

Love Mercury Coffee! Been working with a lot of clients in the area recently so I’ll often start my day here with a delicious coffee. Staff always friendly, crosswords always stump me!

I’m not a coffee drinker but I love hot chocolate & I’m always on the hunt for places that don’t use powder full of sugar & preservatives. Mercury makes their own hot chocolate mix in house made from real chocolate! The barista showed me the container and explained the process they take to make it. Well, it was lovely! I went back the next day & had another. Milk is never hot enough for me so I always get it extra hot. A little sprinkle of cinnamon on the top & extra yum! My friend got a flat white & said it was great so to us this place is a win for coffee drinkers & definitely a win for hot chocolate lovers! I also tried a cheese croissant which I had later in the day and it was delicious. Flaky on the outside soft on the inside. Next time I’ll try their chocolate one! *** came on to update my service rating. I took away a couple stars because I went back with my small dog (6 pounds) and I barely got in the door before the barista shouted at me “dogs are not allowed in here”. No question as to whether he was a service dog, no gentle hello sorry but dogs aren’t welcome here... they were just so rude and frankly it was super embarrassing. I loved this place but was so disappointed in how rude I was treated. My dog is actually an esa however despite that I have no problem not bringing him in somewhere he is not welcome. I could have missed the sign on the door but even still, there are many ways to tell someone their dog is not allowed other than being rude about it.

The best matcha I’ve ever had! Most matchas are watery and a waste of my money, but not this one. The baristas this afternoon were wonderful :)

Tried the spanish latte and it was delicious! The cafe is very small, not much seating inside. There is a corner area that could seat 2 with one table; bar area thar has one stool and then a bench area with one table... the bench could prob fit 4-5ppl. I didnt see prices for their pastries, but there were also a very small selection when i got there. Quaint little coffee shop that is otherwise hidden, def worth a stop, but maybe grab and go.

Possibly the best coffee in Toronto and great vibe inside. It’s up there with De Mello & Bulldog. We were blown away! Warm and welcoming service, we are there almost every day. It might also be the only cafe in Toronto where we’ve found a Synesso coffee machine. The affogato in summer features Ed’s ice cream and is the best treat ever!
